Company Incorp

Refund Policy

This refund policy explains how refund requests are handled for Company Incorp formation packages, filing support, registered agent coordination, EIN assistance, address services, and related add-ons.

Last updated: June 13, 2026

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund before we begin preparing documents, submitting information, ordering third-party services, or filing with a government agency.

Once work has started, service fees may become non-refundable because time, review, preparation, payment processing, or partner coordination has already been performed.

Non-Refundable Items

Government filing fees, state fees, expedited processing fees, payment processor charges, registered agent fees, address service fees, shipping fees, and third-party vendor charges are non-refundable once paid or committed.

Completed services, prepared documents, submitted filings, approved filings, rejected filings caused by inaccurate client information, and abandoned orders after repeated information requests are generally not refundable.

Corrections and Rejected Filings

If a filing is rejected due to our clerical error, we will work to correct and resubmit the filing at no additional Company Incorp service charge.

If rejection or delay is caused by unavailable business names, inaccurate information, missing client responses, agency rules, or third-party requirements, additional fees may apply.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@companyincorp.org with your order name, email address, phone number, payment date, service purchased, and the reason for your refund request.

We review refund requests case by case and may ask for additional details before making a decision.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Bank and card processing times vary and may take several business days after we submit the refund.

If the original payment method is unavailable, we may request additional information to arrange an alternative refund method where allowed.
